Patronizing vendor « M’a faire ça pour trois belles filles comme vous ». Didn’t understand centimeters, only inches, had to convert it for him. Miscommunication for delivery time, had to call twice and wait on them. Delivered the fridge with a different drawer inside, I called twice to get them to replace it, they said the guy would come tonight and didn’t. The delivery guys broke a hook off my coat hanger and just left without saying anything. They’re definitely nothing but hound dogs, and ain’t no friend of mine.

Never Ever again. We bought a fridge stove washer and dryer for a rental propriety. On the first trip the delivry guy ripped a heater off the wall, scared the renter by yelling at her and the neigboord and left without leaving the any appliances that we already payed for. Then he called us the day after and showed up 3 hours late with only 3 out of the 4 appliances. And for the final part we are still waiting fr the oven after the call us and made us wait for 3 hours 3 day in a row. Definitly the worst experience I had, and they keep on yelling after me like I was the Issues, we spent more money on the time that our staff ad to deal with them then appliances.

Was gonna get a 3 star rating because prices are somewhat high for second hand furniture, and there was an issue with two out of the three pieces I bought. One was an easy fix less time than calling to fix, second was kind of bigger. Adding two extra stars because of the repair guy and warranty. I swear, it took him less time to take apart the panel, change a piece and come check my own work than it did to make two cuts in a project. Worth that bit of extra $ 100% also, they have cheaper buying options lol

I had an excellent service before, during and after. My fridge jammed and the repair man came twice to fix and working like a charm. I bought my stove brand new. Love it.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE They sold us a broken fridge right before we went on vacation. They told us they would order the part needed for when we came back. We've been back a week and they still haven't fixed it because they ordered the wrong part. The repairman is rude and unresponsive, we had to give him the model number twice even though his employers sold it to us and he was previously working on it for hours. We've been playing cat and mouse with these people all week. Maybe one day the guy will get this part that he says is so necessary and we'll finally have a working fridge. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Worst customer experience I've ever had. Machines over priced, not tested, sold as new, horrible customer service, getting a return was almost impossible. The repair man was very nice though. Exploiting poeple who need their Desjardins financing. Sold me a machine as 'used once' then returned. It was priced higher than new at other locations. It was broken and heavily used. They guaranteed same day delivery, had to call them and argue to get them to deliver that day, missed a friend's birthday. When installing the machine had old water and leaves in it, it was obviously very used the feet were all marked up and couldn't be adjusted, rusted. Machine was broken during first use, ruined a blanket my aunt gave me, black brown water through all my laundry. Repair person came, that was an argument as well. Needed new parts. The owner apparently is the only person who can talk about repairs or warranty, and he is never available or on vacations. They will not return your call you have to keep calling back. The owner will interior you constantly on the phone, even when they ask you questions. I've never before had to tell at another person to stop interrupting me, most unforgettable and uncomfortable experience. The Elvis decor theme is cool, the business is horrible.

After being loyal to buy here, because I thought prices were fair, and they gave you a 1 year guaranty, I am super disappointing, since I was basically robed in my last buy. So before buying here, consider going first to Costco, you can find the same price, new, and with warranty.... Elvis find their things on the streets and sell them expensive. I will never buy anything with them again.

27 years of dealing with Elvis and they have been great the whole time. Fast service, when it comes to repairs. Delivery is also sometimes crazy fast. I have sometimes called and within hours they have a solution and they are on their way over. You'll have to check with them to be sure but most if not all of their products are guartunteed a year with them. I've used their services for home and for most places I've worked: residential and commercial.

Great end to a stressful morning. This morning at 10 am my washing machine died mid load. My repair man recommended called Elvis for me, 20 minutes later the receptionist called me with the information and price for the model I needed. The delivery guys were super quick, efficient and helpful. They took my old washer and set everything up for me. By 3 pm I had a new washer in the bathroom and I had restarted my laundry. Edit: downside - repair guys says he'll Come after 6pm. Shows up at 915pm on a Monday night. It IS after 6...but maybe a little late.

This place is HORRIBLE, do not buy from them! I bought a fridge and stove and the stove was delivered without a rack. It took several calls on our end and more than 2 weeks to finally be able to get one. Avoid the hassle, you don't save that much money when you come to think of it compared to a new fridge and stove. We payed 775 for an old refurbished fridge and stove.
