Ordered my custom ground espresso on the new website and got it delivered the next day. Love the service and the coffee.

The Faema team is unbelievably helpful. Customer service is incredible. Service department is run by a knowledgeable gentleman, willing to help in every way; can’t do miracles, of course, but close! I would give 6 stars!

God awful customer service on more than one occasion. Shame on me for returning twice, but no more. I suggest everyone take their business elsewhere since this place don’t care and don’t deserve staying in business.

They sell good quality products, but their customer service is rude and painful, especially over the pone... i mean... i’m calling you before I had my coffee becsusr my machine has problems... at least be nice: i didnt have a coffee yet...
