Signature Audio Video

Absolutely love the Sonos Arc, Sonos Sub, Paradigm Surround ceiling speakers complimented with the Sonos AMP.nnRoger took the time to explain, show options, and even helped with spacing issue and suggested the ARC. nI was hesitant, BUT I was not disappointed!nnIt was worth the 2hr drive & I’ll do it again in a heart beat, plus Roger had better prices then any other big box store.nPlus a walk down memory lane in the audio world.nnKeep up the amazing work Roger & SigAV team.

From the initial consultation to the custom installation of our home theatre setup, their team took the time to understand our space and needs, and recommended equipment that was perfectly suited to us, not just the most expensive option. The result was a clean, professional install and an incredible viewing & gaming experience.nnWhat really sets them apart is their after-sales service. When we recently had an issue with our Samsung TV, Roger and his team, shout out to Alex, went above and beyond to help us. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. They even made adjustments to ensure future maintenance would be easier, all at no extra charge.nnIt’s refreshing to work with a family-run business that genuinely cares about its customers. The level of personal service, expertise, and follow-through we’ve received here simply can’t be matched by big box stores.nnIf you’re looking for custom audio-visual solutions, honest advice, and outstanding long-term support, I highly recommend Signature Audio Video.

Great service, thanks to Andrew for the beautiful Paradigm founder 100f received in one day.

Excellent Service and Advice! In late 2023, I started working with Ben to design a basement theatre room. Ben worked with me on multiple visits to the store to select a television, receiver, and surround sound system that was within my budget. Signature Audio Video provided everything I needed, including speaker wiring, and useful advice for installing and locating the surround speaker system. All of the items were delivered to my home on time and with care. I couldn't be happier with my home theatre system, and have nothing but great things to say about Ben and the team at Signature Audio Video!

They were in to install two extra large tvs in our office. They gave helpful advice and were not just task focused but experience focused. Without some of their comments we may have made choices that in future would have compromised our growth.
