Audioshop Kanata

Dealt with Wayne and purchased the first component of a new system. Very knowledgeable professional who went above and beyond. His service and the quality products were the reason we did not shop any further. I intend to build the whole new system in the coming weeks / months all with products and installation from Audioshop. Thank you Wayne!

Very poor service. Dropped something off because a tech was too busy socializing and expected a call. 2 hours later of my time wasted I returned for what should have been a simple job. I get back I get told they can’t do the job. After 2 hours when I specifically left my phone number.

Absolutely horrible. Went in with a colleague to look at Amps - the guy there tried selling me a digital one when I specifically asked for a non-digital one & then proceeded to barrage me for looking online and not supporting the local dealer. He continued to make disparaging comments and had a very aggressive & negative body language. Customer beware!
