Comfortable seats you lounge onto putting your feet up. Only theatre i will go to. Very friendly helpful staff. Great attention to cleanliness and sanitized. Nice snack choices, with reasonable dinner options nearby.
We were the only ones in the theater so it was like being at home. The reclining seats are so comfortable. Bathrooms are always clean. We didn't get a chance to get any popcorn because we got there late. I live by the airport and go all the way out to Kanata to the movies. That must tell you something. Excellent place for a movie date.
I love the newer way to get your food by picking out your own. The premium seats are also very comfortable and roomy. I recommend trying at least one movie here. You won't be disappointed
We were running a little late for a movie and when we got there that we had started already, but someone was sitting in our seats. Apparently, the person claimed that people were sitting anywhere, and there were people in their seats as well when we went to the staff, they tried to solve the situation, but the person would not move. But the staff was nice to resolve the situation for us and they were understanding that they gave us a refund and still let us watch another movie, because we couldn’t watch the one we wanted to no more shows left.
Seats are so comfy, and recline premium seats. Everything was spotless. Staff are friendly and attentive. Wonderfully organized to purchase food and drink before the movie. Really enjoyed the experience.
