If I could give this place less then a star I would! I purchased tommy copper sleeves the first time I went in to this store, was never told about the extended warranty you could buy. I went back and bought another set and was offered the warranty by the store manager at polo Ashley and her other training employee. Was told I didn't need to keep my receipt for the warranty as all the info would be kept on file. I went in today to march get them replaced as they stretched out and are too loose now. Ashley informed me that there would be no issue as long as I have my original receipt, as they can't look me up on file cause the system is down and has been down since beginning of November and will be down for the foreseeable future. When I asked her about why she told me I didn't need to keep my receipt she said I normally don't but as their system has been down for 2 months and will be for a while and she has no idea why it's down. I asked her for her bosses contact info she said there's no one to call just to email showcase. I asked her well did you email to get the job she said ya I emailed and was told to come in for an interview with a lady. So I said what's her number and she said she's no longer with the company as I took her position. Then she threatened to call security on me as I suggested I just swap these ones for new ones. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND A SCAM DONT BUY WARRANTIES AS THEY ARE NOT USEABLE. What a joke.

Absolutely horrible. Employees are extremely rude. My daughter picked up an item and was just looking at it, and the cashier girl tells her she is not allowed to do that. Not allowed to do what? To look at an item we could've potentially bought? You just lost a paying customer.

Went in to Showcase and even though the item was not in stock, the manager showed me how to get it online and I ust completed my order. My experience today disproved all the bad press. You made a difference, Karlee!
