I’m a returning customer of this particular Marshalls’s location but had a negative experience so I will no longer support them here after 10+ years of being a consistent shopper.nnThey had a men’s shirt with a tag labelled $24.99 for a popular brand, naturally I took it since it was good deal. When I reached the cash register, they stated the shirt was labelled incorrectly with the wrong price tag. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes while they figured out this price error.nnIt was their error but they did not provide any compensation or apology whatsoever. The whole situation made me feel attacked as a consumer who supports this store immensely. They wasted my time, and did not do anything to express their regrets in the error that their staff made in labeling the item with the correct price tag.nnFrom the Canadian consumer law, consumers are entitled to get the item for the advertised price OR a compensation. The store “manager” offered no apology, just took the item away and refused any kind of refund or discount for the inconvenience. Management style was very rude, dismissive and condescending.nnIf you have no issues or recognize their mistakes, it’s a fine place to shop. If you call them out on their error, you will be made to feel like the bad guy. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Store is always clean but the organization of the clothing is overwhelming and doesn't really make sense. I have found A LOT of good stuff here though, the selection is awesome possum

Not a habitual shopper, but like finding unique products here. Friendly staff who know where everything is. Would like to see more ethnic products when compared to Christian holiday products.

It’s Marshalls. You walk in for socks and somehow leave with a new jacket, a candle that smells like “coastal ambition,” and a frying pan you didn’t know you needed. It’s basically an expensive Dollarama but with way better vibes and brands you vaguely recognize from Instagram.nnEvery trip feels like a treasure hunt — you never know if you’ll find designer jeans or a ceramic owl wearing sunglasses. Either way, you win. Five stars for the chaos, the deals, and the thrill of finding something you absolutely didn’t come for.

A wonderful and stylish place to shop for clothing brands, footwear, home décor, and gifts. The products are all high quality and tastefully designed. Overall, I was very impressed and the prices are very reasonable
