I had an amazing experience with an online purchase from June Home Supply. Their products are beautiful and I love their clean aesthetic. I ordered multiple items which happened to be shipped that same day. The baskets I ordered arrived damaged and they were immediate with their remedy and response. At a time when customer service seems unimportant, it's refreshing to work with a company whose business model aligns with their values - especially when small businesses are being hit hard and could just as easily shift blame. Looking forward to more purchases from JUNE.

Beautifully curated home ware . If you’re looking for good quality , clean design products for your home I suggest June Home. You definitely get what you pay for at this beautiful little shoppe . I’ve loved my purchases and was also very impressed with the customer service I received . They want to be sure that you receive nothing less than perfect and that they did ! And, I LOVE the aesthetics of this little shoppe , natural, minimal and beautiful, every time I go in I want to bring my camera and take photos!
Really unique and thoughtful products. I enjoy browsing here and can count on finding a special gift and something I didn't know I was missing in my life. ie, precision made Japanese scissors that make cutting paper an absolute joy, lol. The staff and owner are always friendly in person and online. A fantastic small business in the city.
An item in my ordered arrived slightly damaged. They immediately responded to my email and came up with a resolution. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
They have gorgeous products though very expensive. I've shopped with them for years, all the way back before they changed their company name to JUNE. Every time I shop I spend HUNDREDS of dollars, upwards of $500-$600+. In years of shopping I've needed help only twice. Both times communication has been HORRENDOUS. I email AGAIN AND AGAIN and I'm just COMPLETELY IGNORED. I'm talking 4 emails, 5 emails+. I have to reach out on social media, and get to the point of getting upset. Why can't I get a response when I'm calm, polite, and reach out like a normal human being the first time or two? Why do they just completely ignore returning customers who've been with them for YEARS, supporting their business? I l ordered a bunch of bowls and plates recently and one had a hair-thin line split in it that I'm afraid with washing will grow into an actual break over time so I reached out see photos. I've emailed FOUR times already and reach out via Instagram THREE times. NOTHING. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. It's like they're waiting for you to just give up, get discouraged, forget about it or "let it go." At 70 bucks a bowl, I'm not letting it go!
This is one of my favorite boutique! They are so kind and they have the most lovely and well curated selection of timeless home goods!
