One of our last old school retail establishments left. Somehow they have managed to stay relevant. They offer quality merchandise and a savvy shopper can get some great deals when things go on sale.

Probably the most terrible service I’ve ever experienced. Purchased an outdoor sectionale in store end of July. Was told it would be delivered by August 11th. It’s now November and I still don’t have it despite numerous calls to their call centre and emailing them as well. Finally went into the store only to be told, the delivery is set for this upcoming weekend- received zero communication despite reaching out several times, constantly being told “we’re sending an email to our distribution provider” I will NEVER order or purchase anything from the Bay again and ensure I tell family and friends to do the same. Absolutely horrible service.

We had a great te shopping for a cologne and perfume. The lady at the counter who helped us was very personable and knew what samples to show us from our descriptions or what we liked and didn't like as we went along!

Where's all the dress shirts and dress pants? I went here and it looked all like low end garbage clothes that were marked up. I always came to this store for designer names and high quality clothes and it's looking like a Walmart now.i hope you can turn this around so you don't end up like sears.

Still has many pleasant memories for me, but selection is low and staff is hard to find especially in the shoe area.

Needed a quick pair of pants and a shirt for a wedding. The store was very clean and organized and staff was friendly and helpful. There were not a lot of options for sizes but I found what I needed

Lots of parking space. This store feels like it'sgoing out of business. Prices seem high except clearance items. It feels and looks very different from years ago, a lot less polished and refined. It feels like it will disappear like sears.

Couple of days ago I brought my online order to store for a return while I was rejected since staff told me online order cannot return in storeI don't believe it so call help centre for a consultationrepresentative gave me return slip and I double check to make sure I can return items to store. Today when I visitedshocked I was refused againa staff call Liliamaybeis bit rudealthrough the slip instruction has explained the item should be acceptedshe still ask me to mail back by I own and turn her back to me when the problem is not been sorted. I would appreciate the staff Gloriashe is so professional and helpfulwhen facing the situation she never met she chose to call her supervisor other than walk away. As a customer I can only do what I‘ve been told but the bay kept me back and forth. 3 stars for Gloriathank you again.

Horrible experience dealing with online shopping and in store. Not helpful totally on call on wrong delivery location when address was clear on order. You can't buy and send to the store to pickup so they don't deliver to wrong address. 2022 is the last time I will purchase anything from this fossil merchant.
