Always great service at this location. If you're looking for higher-quality homewares that are unique, this is a great store to shop.

Restaurant I have ever been in. If you buy furniture from the store you will be waiting at least three months before you get your furniture the staff our horrible they Yell at you they have the worst customer service in the world the manager does nothing for you when you need that extra service he also has a stupid smir they have the worst customer service in the world the manager does nothing for you when you need that extra service. instead of helping you they say would you like your money back. Bottom line did not stop at the store you will have the worst service of all time and you will not be happy leaving this store.

Love this place since they renovated the store, it really improved overall appeal. The store has good variety of unique products. Expensive but they run promotions and sales on a regular basis. I also like The Bay's web store.

Store itself is large but not organized well, doesnt help that no one is around to help you find things. Spent about 30 min in part of the store did not see a single employee to help me.
