On Tuesday August 8th, I visited the Home Sense store inside Rockwood Mall, Mississauga. I got the 6 Crystal glass Tumbler Set of RCR Melodia check attached picture.nOn cash register I opened the box to check the glasses for any cracks. All six glasses were chipped and had very thin cracks that were unnoticeable at first look. There were two cashier ladies at the counter who also checked. I was in rush and went back to the aisle and got 3 more boxes. On checking all the 6 glasses in all three boxes had minor cracks that were unnoticeable at first look.nIt’s extremely disturbing that the store of such repute is selling damaged glass item that can injure anyone if used.nI’m beyond words how come all 4 boxes had all damaged cracked glasses in them to be sold to unaware customers. The store needs to investigate this matter.nI would beware every one to be very alert and careful in buying such fragile items and always check what is inside the box.

I think they don't have quality products, the sheets don't have complete information about the measurements and the staff doesn't know anything. I don't like it, I don't recommend it. It's expensive for what they offer.
