Canadian Tire

I purchased windshield wipers from the store but they did not fit my car. The tool at the store didn't work so I used Google, which I shouldn't have trusted but that's beside the point here. In order to open the package for the item, it's not going to look pretty but I did my best to preserve the package as best as I could. I tried to install them and it didn't work. Within 10 minutes of purchase, I went back to the store and asked for a refund. I was met with rude and unprofessional customer service rep. She told me she can't give me a refund because the box is damage. I pointed to the receipt where it says the item must be unused it was unused and it had no mention of packaging. I asked for the manager who agreed with his coworker. The manager offered to order me the wipers, which were $58 each as opposed to the $30 I paid and I would have to wait a few days. This wasn't an option as we were in the middle of a rain storm and they had to be changed. It wasn't until I threatened to call VISA that they honoured their return policy.nnDO NOT SHOP HERE.

I have always been a big fan of Canadian tire.. As usual very easy to shop when you have the app installed and just need to follow the mentioned aisle details to find the items you need.. Friendly staff.. convenient location.. highly recommended..

Tesla tire service done right. Quick turnaround time. The guys at the counter knowledgeable and polite. Good price was fair. Happy with the service will recommend.

The auto centre is probably the biggest scam. I bought a new battery from them and they were asking $80 to install it. Its a 5 minute job by the way. I went to a shop near by and they charged me $20. Stay away from there auto centre they will up charge you like crazy

I went to the tires department and the customer advisor has the worst customer service attitude. I hope the store manager will address it. I drove to another Canadian Tire location a few minutes away from this location and the customer service was 100 times better.
