Bought a hover board for my daughter and the clerk assured me there’s a 30 day return policy. Low and behold it’s 14 days so I missed it by a week. No returns of an unopened hover board. Also got talked in to purchasing the extended warranty! Ridiculous! Never shop at this store again. If I could give less then one star I would. Idiots.

The man at the desk was very rude about the hover board, after harassing my friend and I. I made a friendly phone call asking why he had kicked me out, he used the quote "if you are not able to read the waver, you can't be in the store" shortly after the quote he hung up the phone. I have been in the store many times and have purchased many items, I am very agitated and frustrated. Also, I would like an apology and I would just like to state that showcase had the worst employes in Lynden park mall😤
