Long story short. I bought a xmas tree. A week later I open it. I have 3 parts 2 of which are the same. So completely useless. Facebook msg them, they say no problem bring it back for exchange. I bring it back and they won't exchange it. I did lose my receipt. But I was treated like I was scamming them. They wanted to look at their camera footage to make sure I bought it. Never heard back from them. I msg them still no response. So the tree is in the garbage and I'm out $80. Thanks for your wonderful customer service!

Needs some organization and indoor restrooms, I am disabled and had to go out to a Johnny on the spot in very cold weather, the only good thing about the cold was everything was frozen so had no odors. Will not return until they are removed and restrooms installed.
