Showcase

worst customer service and they are so overpriced here. (e.g. lol surprise pearl edition is 44.95 at Wal-Mart, at showcase it's "sale" price is 59.99). Also I went in here some time ago now and purchased my daughter and step daughter shopkins, the cashier charged me for something else that was not ours on the counter top and I paid because I had 3 kids to watch and BEFORE I left the store I turned back realizing there was something in my bag that shouldn't be. I asked for a refund and she was insistent on it being store credit even though I was charged for something that I never should have been charged for to begin with.. I didn't think it was fair to insist on store credit when the issue was not because of me.. if the counter had been cleared off by them then it wouldn't of happened. store credit in this situation sucks when you go with a budget to spend and store credit doesn't add that moneyh back to your bank to buy groceries or gas. If it were me returning something then I understand if had left the store with it and come back another day..

A star is too much for the service there! Absolutely no respect and they have the worst service ever! Would never go back there again!

BUYER BEWARE. When you purchase anything from the store and you want to take it back because it didn't do what you wanted it to do. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK, YOU ONLY GET A GIFT CARD!!!!!!!!!! We purchased the Elf light and with in a week we brought it back because it didn't work the way we hoped it would, our yard was too big. We were honest today when we took it back and I was told no refund because it worked and we just change our mind, we only get a store gift card. The receipt is poorly written!! I was informed that it has to not work or be damaged to get our money back. Ask me how many times I've shopped there! This was our first and sorry to say won't be my last since now I'm stuck with a $155 gift card that I have to use. I've never had that happen to us, we found it cheaper there so that's why we bought it. When we brought the 1st one from London Drugs they took it back no problem when we said we found it cheaper at Showcase. They even told us that they would beat the price but we had already picked it up at Showcase prior to going to London Drugs to take the one we bought a few days prior. Service was ok when we were in Showcase to purchase it, but when we went to return it they couldn't give us the time of day. My advise to anyone considering purchasing anything from Showcase is to look elsewhere. Refunds at other stores as well as service is much better than at Showcase. You don't treat people like that. If you have to bring something back, lie and say it's broken if you want your money back! STAY CLEAR OF SHOWCASE!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would!!! Products are WAY over priced and on top of that I gave the cashier $50.00 and she imputed $49.00. Not only did I over pay for the Shopkins my daughter wanted, the cashier took extra from me. Not that $1 will change my life, but if this cashier does it to every customer, that will add up quick. Cash in her pocket that she is stealing!!! Avoid this place!!!
