Look at what she did. -40,000 points. Her name is Jally .I had a terrible experience at this store due to a very rude staff member. The woman assisting me spoke disrespectfully and didn’t seem to know how to talk to customers properly. It was an unpleasant experience, and her attitude left a bad impression of the store.

Terrible customer service. The assistant manager named Ceasar is a very dishonest person with severe anger issues that vents himself on customers. In fact I have never seen such an aggressive, rude person anywhere else. Will never get back to this location again.

Extremely poor customer service experience. I asked a staff member for assistance with redeeming my Optimum points and was met with aggressive communication. When I questioned this behavior, instead of apologizing or clarifying, she justified her aggressive tone by implying it was my fault for not understanding. I will not be returning to shop there again.

A huge lineup, including myself, was waiting for about half an hour for the post employee to come back from the break in the middle of business hours!nnI asked the store manager to explain the situation.nnHe came and instead of apologizing, in a very rude and impolite way, asked the people: Whoever has a complaint, call the head office!nnStill, I can’t understand what this unprofessional manager is doing in this location.

Very nice store manager Rick. Ge put away some vitamins i couldn't get at other Shopper locations, until Senior's Day for me.
