It's a smaller store, but the staff was very nice. We've only been here once we came to buy a bunch of gift cards for work early holiday gifts for our team The staff /manager were very helpful. In fact, since not a lot of people buy multiple gift cards It raised a red flag for them as, they were concerned that we were victims of fraud. It's a very nice feeling to know that people care.

770 Lawrence Ave W, this location opens 24 hrs and has the nicest Staff ever and they have been employed long term. Nice to go in a store and you greet each other by name, says a lot!!. It's a medium size store and has a little bit of everything, post office, prescription, med office, groceries flowers, lottery etc. The store is bright, clean and organized. Lots of public parking and there is wheel chair access.

In all my years of living, I have never experienced a level of unprofessionalism and rudeness as I did from the employees who work at this location. I came to return products that gave me an allergic reaction and was denied the refund because I didn’t have the receipt. However, I know the policy and one of my products was life brand entitling me to a refund on a gift card. I expressed this and was still denied a refund. Instead I was insulted and my integrity was questioned. There was no customer service interest and I was disrespected.

*long and ranty review incoming*nI have been coming here for well over a year and I have never had any issues.... however, my sister is trying to transfer her prescription to this location because it is close to her house and would make sense. She has been trying to do this for over a week and in the meantime running out of her medication Despite the old pharmacy giving her a week supply last week when she resubmitted the request for the new pharmacy to contact the doctor and retrieve her file from them the old pharmacy, seemingly neither has happened. Someone last week told her they would contact the doctor that day and they still have not done that. She called today october 16th, around 6 pm to see if there was any update because she has been out if medication for 2 days and she is starting to have symtoms of withdrawal. The pharmacist she spoke to was cold, rude and entirely unhelpful. My sister ended the call swearing and promptly called me absolutely sobbing. How can you be an entire pharmacist and not understand that speaking so rudely to a person clearly struggling is only going to cause more harm. Frankly, I am appalled.nnLuckily my sister called her old pharmacy and was assured that they would be reaching out to her doctor immediately which she can trust because this was the pharmacist she dealt with last week when she needed medication, this pharmacist was also confused as to why her doctor had yet to be contacted.nnTL;DR: The pharmacy here needs to learn a little about customer service and also communication.

My daughter woke up in the middle of the night crying for pain in one of het ear. I know for a fact at that time places was close, I didn’t know what to do cause she is having an ear infection. I started to google pharmacy near me an came across this shoppers . I couldn’t believe it opens 24/7 I had even call to clarify. I drove to this location at 4AM in the morning. The pharmacist was on duty as well and got the help that I needed, I was so happy.
