The worst clinic and especially reception I have seen in my life. So rude and impatient. Awful awful services. I was run out of the clinic.

Great customer service from the pharmacists. I always go to this walk in clinic and pharmacy and I love the service. They always have my medication ready and don’t require me to wait. The doctors are very kind and helpful. Specially Dr.Kodsi whos very nice and makes going to the doctors a better experience.

The person that answers the phone for this pharmacy is incredibly rude. I was given instructions by my provider to call the pharmacy and request certain info about my prescriptions. According to the pharmacy this was incorrect and my provider needed to call directly. Instead of calmly/ politely explaining this to me she raised her voice and berated me. I am glad I am transferring my prescription from this place, I would never want to deal with this person again.

The people are wonderful, the pharmacy normally has what you need. But the hours are terrible, they close a 6 PM normally, and 1 PM Saturday, and not open Sunday. You do have to be on top of your scripts, because they do get it wrong sometimes. After 6 years of dealing with these issues, we finally had our scripts transferred to a SDM, so we can actually pick them up anytime, rather than just Saturday morning. It seems St. Gabriel is not interested in their clients.

I didn't even see a doctor, nor did I spend more than 3 minutes in this clinic before walking out. I stepped in to see a doctor at 4:45, knowing that the clinic closed at 6. This was the earliest I could be in considering I work until 4, but wasn't anticipating it to be a problem as the clinic was still open for another hour and the waiting room was quite empty. Well, I go to talk to the receptionist, and she doesn't make eye contact or stop what she's doing, and brushes me off by saying in a rude tone that "the doctor is leaving at 5 today." I asked if the doctor would be leaving at 5 the next day as well, and they said no, the doctor would be staying the full time. I proceeded to ask if I could then come in at the same time tomorrow and see the doctor, and they flat-out said no, without an explanation. I requested to schedule an appointment, and they told me that 4:30/4:45 was simply too late and it would be impossible to see the doctor. This makes no sense to me whatsoever and makes me feel extremely unwelcome. I was nothing if not completely polite but was refused medical attention that I really needed. This is the only clinic in my area open after 5, so the only one I stood a chance of seeing a doctor at, but apparently the doctor takes off early and the receptionists don't care to provide potential patients with other options. I hate this place.

I was looking for a new family doctor and had called the office and was told to come in to see a Dr Fadie Amin who was accepting new patients at the time. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that they were busy and unless I had any symptoms, I wasn't able to see him to become a patient. When I asked "what happens if he's not accepting patients by the time I get sick". I was told "well you just have to hope that he is". I get that they were busy and want to make as much money as they can since they bill per patient, but then don't tell me to come in then.

Service is so Fast they really like to solve your problem.

If you visit here for walk in , you have to wait forever. I was waiting 2 hours and I found out I had not been registered after I complained. Then I was waiting for 30min more after that. Reception was very incompetent. So was the doctor. He was very mean and rude. You would rather going to the emergency.
