Sam's I.D.A. Pharmacy

Received my COVID vaccine today and it was so seamless. The pharmacist, Sam, was very efficient and extremely friendly. It was a wonderful experience. While I was waiting after the vaccine shot, I bought some items, that I couldn't find at a big-box store pharmacy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back there to shop as it's nice to see people who notice you and don't treat you impersonally. Thank you Sam!

I received my first AstraZeneca vaccine today and all went very smoothly. Sam, the pharmacist, was wonderful: professional, efficient, and very friendly! The waiting area indoors has plenty of space. I felt comfortable and safe.

WOW, professional, efficient, friendly, punctual, all in one place! Spoke to them on Tuesday, said they were fully booked for existing supply of Covid vaccine but check back on Sunday for cancellations, so I did so and sure enough, they were able to accommodate my wife and I the same day! I think I will switch my Rx business to Sam's to continue with their personal touch...I like it!

I just received my Covid 19 vaccination and the pharmacy had it well setup and the vaccination went very smoothly. I felt very comfortable and safe as you wait in the extremely large foyer, people are not lined up as you see at other sites. Only a handful were in the foyer. The timing was within a couple of minutes of what your appointment was booked for, which is rare for many places and a comfort to have. I was very impressed with Dr. Mikhaeil. 7/5 stars *******

I received both my Covid vaccinations at Sam's IDA - the first, AstraZeneca, and the second, Pfizer. The whole experience was professional and seamless, from the web booking to the actual vaccination. I would strongly recommend this small pharmacy for their personal touch.

Excellent and efficient! Got my second Astra Zeneca vaccine there. Very easy to negotiate making an appointment. BTW they are doing 2nd shots for anyone who got the first between March 10 and 19 today June 6 all day until 9…walk ins accepted.

Took my Astrazeneca shot today at the pharmacy. It was very smooth and organized and everyone was very pleasant. When I called the day before to ask about possibility of an appointment, they gave me one the next day immediately. It was impossible to get appointments at shoppers or Rexall. Really happy and grateful.

I received my second dose of AZ at Sam's yesterday, and it wow... SO well organized. Professional and incredibly friendly. They are really doing the community a huge service in very challenging times. I so appreciate it! I will be back to this location to shop.

Dear Sam's IDA I made a call today, June 21, 2021 around 10:30 am to confirm my husband 2nd vaccination. The pharmacist I did not get a chance to get his name whom I talk to was sound so rude to tell me that "if you know your husband appointment, you should check it in our website. I responded to him, " you should not be upset talking to me because I am asking you nicely. And he responded to me, "Oh because I am busy". It is so sad to know that we been your customer since 2016, and this is our first time to deal with this kind of person. I don't know if he is new or not. His customer service is way down the drainage. I think being rude to talk to your customer is not necessary despite how busy you are to your job.
