Fantastic experience! From the friendly welcome when we walked in, to my final purchase, this store provided the best service I could have asked for. The staff member who helped me was very kind and also super knowledgeable about the Blundstones I was interested in. I learned so much and felt very happy and confident about my new boots. Highly recommend going here to purchase your shoes!
I’ve always loved this store and the people working. Bought a pair of Blundstones as a Xmas gift and was informed of their 7 day refund policy. Still made the purchase but it is time to get with the times. I’m happy to support local but we are talking about footwear that doesn’t go out of style so giving 30 days should be the minimum. Truthfully, I would have purchased a few other items but knowing their is a chance of needing to return, I will make my purchase somewhere else.
Absolutely amazing experience. I just left the store Oct 2, 2022 and I'm blown away by the fantastic service. It's been years since I've gone to the store and I'm glad we went again. Got my first pair of Blundstones. Very knowledgeable and just an overall great shopping experience. We will be back more often. Thank you!!
Exceptional. I never knew that someone could know so much about shoes! Not only was Kim knowledgeable, but she was pleasant, fun, entertaining and informative. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of Blundstones that I happily wore home. Definitely visit Kim if you have the chance!
I’m not certain why you would offer to take my name and number to call me when an item comes back in stock only to dispose of the list each month without telling me, the consumer. I was told they would call me when a size 7 winter insole for Blunstones arrived. I followed up and was told they had some but sold out. Why was a pair not put aside for me and a phone call made to let me know??? This is the second winter I have requested these insoles, the store offering to call me when they arrive and I have not received a call and they don’t have my name and number. What ever happened to exceptional customer service?
Just bought new Blundstone boots. Yelum was helpful and knowledgeable about the different fits and the price was excellent. Couldn’t be happier. Merry Christmas

Best shoe shop in south western Ontario. Fantastic selection of high quality footwear. The employees are incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. Always a pleasure whenever I drop in. Very happy to see them get through the challenges of the pandemic. Don't buy shoes, sandals, or boots off Amazon or from chain stores, visit the local shop on Weber Street. Its worth the commute wherever you live. They have what you need and their customer service is top shelf. Looking forward to seeing them soon!!
This is where I love to buy my shoes and sometimes purses when they have them. Shoes 22 has men, women and children options of good quality footwear for a decent price. Other places around may sale cheaper but you know that they have brand names that are actually good and very comfortable. Plus the customer service is good, it's not the best I've seen but its been pretty good. It is overwhelming seeing how many different types of shoes there are but that just means that they want to fit everyone in.
