When i first purchased a pair of shoes there the man told me I could get free repairs on everything but the leather when i brijg in my receipt. 3 years later and i bring in my receipt. The moment we walked in he failed to come out for 5 minutes although we ran the bell. When he finally came out he was grouchy and obnoxiously rude to us. When we had explained what he had said to us 3 years ago he started yelling at us. Telling us that he would never do that. It was horrible how he acted. Before i recommended it to everyone. Now? I wouldnt recommend it to a fly.
