Shoe Warehouse

I bought my daughter school shoes on Aug 20, 2022. Unfortunately, one of the shoe soles has ripped off at the heel, and the bottom is slowly falling off. I called the store and a lady said I can bring the shoes in and exchange them even though it was just past the 60 day exchange policy. I went in today, and the store employees denied the exchange because it was 5 days past the policy. I’m frustrated because the shoes are poor quality and instead of keeping a customer and losing maybe $50; they lost a customer and about $300 worth of shoes annually that I usually get at that store for my three kids. Poor business decision.

I really like the shoe warehouse I buy shoes there all the time! I think the quality is good and I think the prices are as well! The one lady that I spoke to while I was trying shoes on was lovely but she went and asked the lady behind the till a question for me and that lady was actually quite rude I really wasn't that impressed with her so normally I would give it a 4/5 but I think I'll just go 3

Limited options. Discounted options are very poor in quality.

Helpful staff, lots of selection, good prices. The only problem is they don't seem to carry enough stock of the most popular sizes.

Poor customer service sales girl was lazy....had me getting items to bring to register...instead of helping and she was not busy....just stood at register waiting....was super annoying Store is good and nice selection but service was horrendous

A little over priced, but sometimes they have really good deals. Staff is friendly but a little pushy about up selling, at least in my experience.

Super helpful in finding a good supportive walking shoe for my growing teen that didn't break the bank. Teen still likes shoes too..

Waiting forever for checkout. Not comfortable at all. Lady had multiple returns , no thought about there other customers waiting. Very limited choices
