Had the worst experience. Walked into the store and saw three employees sitting in on the back desk, one of which had his feet on the desk. When I told the staff member that our wedding was 2 years away still she slightly giggled and looked to not take me seriously. Did not ask what we were looking for and when my fiancé finally tried on a pair of pants, two employees stood there staring at us. Didn’t offer any help to either of us. When we were finished, we walked over to the suspenders and both employees still continued to stare while talking amongst themselves. I don’t ask for a lot, but when I plan on purchasing atleast 4 suits from a company I expect a little help. As a manager myself, this would be unacceptable in my place of work.

I couldn't decide on a 2 or 3 star. I got my email that my tux for a wedding was in for me on Tuesday at 4pm. After I called earlier and found out it was already there. This leaves me the soonest I can get there to try it on and take it being Wednesday after work. During the fitting we notice one piece is a bit small. Then I find out it's too late to do anything as we wouldn't see a new shirt till probably Saturday some time which is the wedding day. My fitting was at least a month prior to the Wednesday fitting and I was told to check my email lots so i can get it in time for modifications incase they're needed. Thanks Moore's and which ever staff member(s) are at fault.

Good service and great variety of formal suits. My sons bought his grad suit here and was very pleased with their sales assistant.

Worst customer service ever! When a customer calls to ask if the tux is in yet for a wedding that is very important to someone you do not tell them it will be in when it gets here!
