Absolutely the worst service ever. The young lady helping my wife with an explanation on why they can’t exchange a pair of pants for a different colour was doing her best but clearly had no idea what she was doing. we had lost the receipt. she said she wouldn’t be able to find the purchase in there system . Not a huge deal really nothing to get upset about. My wife continued on the matter just trying to see if there was a reason why they couldn’t look up the purchase. And obviously the young lady was oblivious on how to help her. I wouldn’t have ever written this review and this is a first for me. But at the point when I standing to the side realized it was going no where a young man who also worked there walked by and started laughing and said “ unbelievable “. Why ? My wife was in no way rude to the young lady. I was amazed how ignorant this fella was. Is this actually for real. Crazy actually. I do have to say though in the past the costumer service was excellent. My son loves this store. Please review your return policy like most other stores. Update your system. Its actually just a pane. And get rid of the rotten apples they stink up your store.
My uncle purchased a hoodie from here and he paid using his international credit card, the transaction was unsuccessful for the first time but it went through for the second time. But later 10-15 days when he received his bill of the credit card the amount was debited twice. We went to the store and told them the matter but they said they need the receipt for the original purchase to do anything related to refund but as its already been 10-15 days and we like the thing we purchased, we had already scrapped the bill as it was of no use now. The worst part is, they didn’t even checked or assure us to check for any double charge. They should have atleast tried to look up their system, we would have told them amount, date, time and any other thing to make their search easy. Sorry but thats not a good customer service
great customer service and really good with my toddler.
Horrible customer service. I’m from out of town and our Zumiez has such kind staff. I walked in and not one of the three staff acknowledged me, and simply continued their personal conversation. I began to browse and one of them brushed by me without a word. I left within 5 minutes, even though I’d been planning for a big haul. Just keep in mind this kind of behaviour is what makes you lose business. Aim higher.
The times I've been there the employees have been super knowledgeable and helpful with skating info and stuff i've been wanting to start for a while, and have been in to ask lots of questions, however I have to dock two stars because a couple times i've been in and one or two dudes are messing with their skateboards in store. I have sensory issues and the sudden loud noises and things made me really uncomfortable as a shopper esp with the skateboards? going all over the place and not knowing if they're going to hit me or not. Besides the fact that it is unprofessional even for a skatestore. Their prices are also very high, and there are never really good sales. It is fun to come in and take a look around though, but those couple times with the loudness and skateboards really put a damper on my experience there.
Had the pleasure of meeting dexter the other day. He was insanely helpful and very friendly. Wonderful customer service

My 12 year old son came in to pick up trucks for his skateboard he built in shop class at his school in Ashcroft. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. They completely made his day.

Went to Zumiez browsing// looking for a hoodie, was a cool chick there don’t know her namethe one with pockys lol, made a warm welcome, really good customer service All employees were very kind
