This was my first time getting orthotics Blake and his team took the time to explain what the problem was, answered all of my questions,  were patient and understanding. 
The orthotics I received were well made.I would recommend Blake and his team to anyone looking for a quality Orthotics. 
The helpful and friendly service was great too.

Terrific service and product.  Over the course of 8 years, I have now had 3 pairs of orthotics and 2 full assessments done by Blake and his team.  They don't just sell you a product here, but rather, they explain very well what your foot problem is so that you understand exactly what your foot is doing, and why what they are doing will address the issue.  Quality products, and prompt, friendly, and reliable staff.

Just received my fourth pair of orthotics from Progressive Step. Now have them in golf shoes, running shoes and hiking boots. Friendly staff and great product. Three years ago, I could not walk 18 holes of golf, now no problem. Also able to run 50-60 miles per month. Thanks.
