Awesome experience everytime I go in. Easy going atmosphere, only quality goods, VERY reasonable prices. The one sales girl told a joke I'm still laughing about. If you want a great time buying footwear I can happily recommend them everyday of the week.
Great experience! My hubby has bought several pairs of work boots here and one pair never happened before broke at the seam and they were under warranty. We had a new pair within one day, no hassle and amazing service. Even apologized for the inconvenience. They are always very nice to deal with. Would recommend to anyone needing work boots! Thank you!
Great shoe store. Many good deals, and very competitive prices. Lots to chose from. A good mix of everything. Construction boots, clinical work shoes, climbing and hiking shoes, runners, columbia boots, sandals. Good brands like clarks, asolo, birkenstock, ecco, florsheim, sorel, timberland, new balance, and a lot of others. Highly recommended!
Have been a repeat customer for a few years but latest experience with owner was extremely unpleasant and will not return. Rude and poor customer service!! This store has deffinately gone down hill. Not what it used to be at all. Gave her several chances to redeem herself but there was no interest on her part to provide any customer service to me.

A Kamloops old time favourite! Great select and staff are excellent! They have recently built a dedicated Red Wing dealership next door. I recommend 100%!!
Stood with a shoe I wanted to try on in my hand for five minutes and no-one said a word to me. One lady was with a customer, but didn't even acknowledge me. The other one was doing nothing and still ignored me. Horrible customer service. Learn how to pick customers up or risk losing them.
Super helpful staff -- knowledgeable but not pushy, and all high quality footwear. You can even get some deals on their clearance tables!
Absolutely Horrible customer service,must be cause i'm dark skinned....she totally ignored me while assisting other people that came in after me totally oblivious i was standing right in her face.....It was'nt worth the drive downtown smoky wheather and 25 cent parking for 15 minutes,never would i do business there......
Friendly staff that were very patient with my toddler who did not want to try on shoes. Great experience there always
