I had an appointment for ultrasound and everything went well, I am very happy with my experience. I didn’t have any problem while booking maybe I was lucky and when I went there, they called me in at the time of my appointment. The lady who did my ultrasound was very nice too. I have nothing to complain.

They booked me for an ultrasound appointment on Easter Monday. I didn't think anything of it until the day of the appointment, so I called to see if they were open. Their voicemail said they were closed. Next time I go in I tell them about what happened and they said they were actually open that day. Maybe they should update their voicemail more often. Also, they never answer their phones and the voicemail is always full so it's almost impossible to get an appointment unless you walk in. The staff are fairly nice though.

This place is extremely disorganized. I called about 6 times before finally getting through to make an appointment. Once I got there the technician was great and was ready for my ultrasound but to get an x Ray took 30 mins and they lost my referral paper. After everything they said to wait 5 business days to get the results. And 2 weeks later they haven’t sent them to my doctor. Tried calling back and no answer.

Getting through on the phone to make an appointment was initially difficult, but after that it was smooth sailing. The check-in was quick and courteous, I was called for my appointment on time, the technician was professional, and I was out of there within 15 minutes! I had enough time to go upstairs to the lab for blood work, which was also impressively fast especially considering it was walk-in only and professional. I highly recommend this location for Imaging and blood work.

Worst service ever from the receptionist. I asked her for a glass of water because I felt faint when walking in. She just directed me to the hallway to the bathroom. I didn't make it. I passed out in the waiting room. She didn't care... didn't even have the humanity of bringing me water... she was just worried about me not throwing up on her floor, which I wasn't going to. Whatever happened to humanized care? On the other hand, the technician was lovely, very kind, and made sure I felt better before going on with my exam. I congratulate her on her excellent work! ps. good luck trying to book an appointment! Took me days literally to get someone to pick up the phone.

Had an okay service when getting my X-ray, the wait wasn't too long. However, it's been almost two weeks and they still haven't faxed my x-ray to my doctor. Calling is a nightmare. Tried each "extension" but it keeps circling back to the welcome message and when i don't click anything at all the call hangs up. Will likely have to go in again just to ask for them to fax my x-ray to the doctor.

Went there for an ultrasound. The technician was really nice and efficient. To get an appointment however - nightmare. Took 5 calls to get through to someone. Once in the waiting room, I could see why. The telephone was ringing constantly and the two receptionists were ignoring it, talking instead about weekend plans. Will choose another clinic next time.

listen folks. i read the reviews before going and i was in and out in 20 minutes FLAT. there's NOTHING WRONG with this spot. its in the basement. you DO NOT need to book appointments for xrays. you DO need to book an appointment for ultrasounds. the difference being each take a drastically different amount of times to complete. set your expectations appropriately. be patient and polite. if you are ill, weak or comprised in anyway, bring someone to help you. the staff is busy. they can't be running up to get you water all the time. the staff was FINE. super nice and polite. the techs are FINE. be cooperative and don't displace your emotions on them.

Receptionist was very rude and difficult . I was told that I had to get information that wasn't on the requisition ie. Dr's office address, phone number etc. After more umpleasantness she found a phone number and handed me the phone to wait on hold. Fortunately I arrived 35 minutes early for my appointment. The technician refused to help me put my boots on I was there for an ultrasound for possible ruptured Baker's cyst and appeared not to know about Baker's cysts. It is now 10days later and my doctor'said office has not received the report yet!

UPDATE: I was sent for x-rays of my skull, cervical spine andSacrum due to a nasty fall- am on meds for pain from concussion and it took all my strength to get there today only to be turned away because they wanted to close at 4pm, I GOT THERE AT 3:30pm. If your hours are to 4,pm you take patients until then. I also tried calling earlier to make sure i would not have this problem but the office has no phones and if you try to call the "head office" you get voice mail. Worst reception, worst service. If there were other clinics not owned by this company in Ottawa I would go there instead. meanwhile i am trying to get my X-rays done through the hospital. do not bother with this place. -- 0 stars. RUDEST RECEPTION EVER. It took 3 days of calling and leaving messages to get an appointment. The day of appointment was hectic and I got there 11 mins late. When I entered the clinic, which is in the basement of the medical centre, not marked by any sign or indicator, I walked in and went to the desk, only to be greeted with one women's wide eyed stare and pause, like a deer in headlights, and the other women's icy glance. I asked If this was the "xray place" icy stare said "no" said, oh ok, there is no sign but there is this, I said pointing to the little sign on the counter that said "XRAYS" .She says "well, what are you here for?" I said that I was there for an ultrasound. She retorts with a smug obnoxious tone "well then its not an "xray place then is it?" making fun of me??? I was taken aback and said to her there was no reason to be rude, as I was unsure due to no sign and had gotten lost walking there. She said she wasn't rude.true, she was BEYOND rude. I noted that they do x-rays there as well...? and indicate to the sign.Then she says "we are closed" i SAID i had an appointment at 3:30- Dear in headlights says in an irritated tone, "you are late" and starts yabbering about how they are closing at 4 and they all go home and there is no time to do my ultrasound- because I was SOOOO late. I said , yes sorry I made a wrong turn, and also there was no sign to the clinic here. and please understand .She tells me I cant be seen today. explains they are done at 4. all this took up more time as she then again pointed out how late I was. She then takes my requisition form and says , oh you are very late the appointment was at 3:20. This I know is not right because I never make appointments before 3:30. She uses that to tell me now for sure its too late and I will need to reschedule.I tell them that to please give me a break as I got lost and it was hard to get there logistically with kids etc, she seems to not care. I tell them that I am there because I have a lump in my breast and want to have it imaged as soon as possible, as I am nervous about it, they continue to be complete and utterly rude and insensitive. I get angry and leave. This is the only imaging place near my house and i have no car so I will be forced back- if I can even get an appointment as the message in box to the company is full, and cannot get through. Those women were the rudest most heartless I have come across in a long time.Hope they find lumps in their breasts and have weeks of sleepless nights over it. Absolutely no compassion or customer service. THE WORST clinic . Wondering if it is a prerequisite to be a rude uncaring human to be hired there. I left there frustrated and in tears. not looking forward to having to go back. avoid this clinic if you can.
