After a great experience with Dr. Khroad, I am left feeling disappointed. It would have been helpful to know when I was at my eye exam that the prescription provided would not allow me to purchase glasses online. I was not made aware that I would need a PD value to do so, or that it would be an additional service and added cost. Having little experience purchasing glasses this would have been helpful information.

Very nice staff and Doctors! Dr. Khroad was very informative and thorough. Highly recommend if you want a good quality eye exam!

Paid $120 for an eye exam. They left out the 'PD Value' which is a necessary number when purchasing a pair of prescription glasses. When I called and asked for the number they said it would be an extra $30 fee. I get that they want you to buy the glasses inside of their store but leaving out needed values to purchase a pair of prescription glasses elsewhere is kind of frustrating when I pay to see an eye doctor. At the very least it would have been nice to know that the exam left out this number (I would have paid to get it the same day I was there). Side note: Dr. who did our exams was very nice and professional!

We love this place. My whole, family goes here, including my mother-in-law who travels from out of town. They are friendly, and helpful, from fixing broken glasses to getting sunglasses for the family, I highly recommend Sherwood Park Eye Centre

I had a pair of glasses picked out and they were waiting on approval for coverage, but I had to call and cancel because of financial issues but the lady over the phone was rude and kept interrupting me to tell me its not their fault it's taking so long for them to be approved. That is not the reason I had called, just a simple ok I can do that for you would have been fine.
