I was a walk in today for just a regular X-ray requisition. Absolutely seamless and professionalism in every way. Glad I left Edmonton for this process to do it in sherwood park. From the lady at the desk to the X-ray tech it was a great experience. Thank you to all of you.
i had my 19weeks ultrasound today, and the student did my ultrasound had a very heavy had, i’v been complaining the she’s pressing mu stomach so hard gor maybe 4 to 5 times and it took about 1hr and 15mins for the ultrasound to finish. the most boring ultrasound i have ever experience… good thing the trainer was super nice.. the student needs more supervision. just saying worst experience ever!
They are so nice. Especially Lori makes your day with her experience of communicating. The girl inside who does Xray is super polite. Best place for your Xray.
This is the second time I have been at this location. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. The clinic is very clean and the staff are professional and friendly. I will continue to go to this location for all of the treatments they offer.

Staff are very kind and caring. Hours are great for after work as they are open late. Never had a problem and get in quickly.
Worth the drive. This team is organized, efficient and friendly. I didn't have to wait for my three tests and was even done early.
If I could give this place a Zero I would. First off I’ve been coming here for ultrasounds for the last couple of months and I’ve never had to wait in my car because I didn’t want to wear a mask. Second I shouldn’t be judged and treated differently because i didn’t wear a mask. The purple hair receptionist was a complete and total b**** and unprofessional and took political views above customer service. MASKS ARE NOT MANDATORY IN ALBERTA ONLY FOR AHS ! IF YOU HAVE A ISSUE WITH MASKS HAVE AHS MAKE IT MANDATORY IN YOUR PLACE. Also the older technician is very rude had no bed side manner just angry I didn’t wear a mask. Only good person was the tall blonde technician. Who was sad when I expressed that she was the only nice one while getting ultrasounds during my pregnancy.
Great reception staff and radiology technical staff and new tech equipment such as low radiation X-Ray. I was in the waiting room for hardly 5 minutes and was done with my appointment in a very short time. Nice to see such great service in healthcare.
Great place to go if you are from the Capilano vicinity. Just inside Sherwood Park - basically first right hand turn and a few blocks south. I got in a,most a month earlier than selected locations in Edmonton. My appointment was on time and my tech on the ultrasound was so nice and caring. The building is newer so everything is really in good shape.
