I'm sad that I even have to write this. I firmly believe that someone in reception should take care of the persons needs on the other end. This reception staff is incredibly judgemental and unprofessional. I have had to profess my phone calls with "I'm sorry to be annoying", "I know I have called before" - I should not have to do this, but because I felt I was a burden when calling I had to open the call with this. Unfortunately, missing bloodwork is such a unique situation that takes a bit of "extra" work, that was not offered. There was no extra mile taken for the patient, I felt disrespected, not understood and embarrassed. I am 28 years old and felt that I was stupid for calling the medical office where my doctor works. This is unacceptable. You never know what a person is going through, why it is urgent they could possibly need these results. Treating everyone with respect is so important, I do not feel this here. It seems as though rude behaviour is hidden behind the phone. Your job is to treat patients kindly, you failed at this. I hope I can find a new doctor office so I do not have to come back as reception has a lack of empathy and is unprofessional.

Great experience with Dr Hosford. She listens to you and tries to address your concerns. You can ask her anything. She knows a lot about women's health and does excellent IUD insertions which is a plus. Even phone appointments are very productive as she answers every one of your questions, and if she does not have the answer immediately, she will find out and give you the answer next time. One of the best doctors I have dealt with. Would recommend 100%.

Highly recommend Dr Swinton. He'd be a great Dr when you need a second opinion : He has helped me so much with his professional opinion.
