Coming here for years, needed a last minute appointment so couldn't see my normal GP Showed up 5 minutes early, sat in waiting room for 45 minutes before getting the call up. Asked how much longer I'd have to wait so I could make arrangements to pick my child up, and got absolute attitude!!! Now I'm late to pick up my child and an hour without being seen

Pod 4 Reception is RUDE!! If you do not like your job & working directly with public than quit! Called for Dr. Trouli about sending a prescription over to pharmacy and she told me her rules have changed and refused to even ask! When I booked an appointment with the Dr I was told that was not true! If you just want to sit and answer a phone than maybe you’re working at the wrong place!! This place was great & it makes wanting to go there a dark place!!

I’ve waited on the phone for well over an hour and no one answered. I got a great review from a friend for the lactation consultant here but I’ll have to go with someone else.

With scheduled appointments you still wait 2-2.5 hrs to get into your doctor. It's like they pick and choose who goes first. Should bill them the half days I miss work.

We had our first appointment with Dr Peters yesterday, so she could meet my daughter.... What a great meeting! My daughter was really sad that her pediatrician moved away and we would have to see another doctor, but we are both at ease. Dr. Peters is kind, funny, patient and really listens to the kids and parents. She asked lots of questions to really get to know her health history and already started working on minor stomach discomfort my daughter has been dealing with. I am extremely confident that my daughter is in amazing hands. Her Office Manager Tamara is equally kind and pleasant over the phone and in person. I am impressed. They form a great team!

Dr Trent DuSang is one of the most caring, sincere, and knowledgeable doctors we have seen. Very grateful to him for his help. His staff are also cheerful and so helpful.

I am sitting here reading all of these bad reviews. I am sitting here wondering what people have done to make this place so mad they ask them to leave. the walk in's , I understand its frustrating, but its a walk in clinic, they always have long waits. for people that say they wait to see the doctor, well I am glad my doctor is not rushing me through just so you are not waiting. none of these poor reviewers are speaking about how well the or poorly the doctors treatments were. none of them are stating that this facility has multiple doctors that specialize in so many different areas. none of them are stating that if you cant get in to see your own doctor , they will help you get in to see another. I have been going here for years, yes there are times the receptionist have snapped at me, but they may also have had a bad day too , I don't know how many people have yelled at them. try being nice when someone snaps, the lovely ladies here always come around when your not rude with them. I can not say enough good things about all the doctors, all the nurses, all of the assistants , let alone all the services they provide here. for anyone that is complaining about the waits, I'm sorry that a doctor hearing your concerns and not running off is a bad thing, I'm sorry that your life is so important that you have an issue waiting. the waits are not horrible, receptionists are not punching bags , nor do they know why the doctor is taking so long being a good doctor, stop yelling at them.

I’ve had such horrible experiences here since my long time physician left to return to Ireland. I’ve had Dr. Adelowokan as my general physician and he was okay until I got a cough that was refusing to go away. He gave me many treatments with no good results. Then I went in again because the cough was persisting and he verbatim said “well what do you want us to do about it?” I was shocked. They are supposed to treat you, not the other way around. I also developed chest pains for a couple weeks and because Adelowokan was busy for a week, I got a phone call appointment with Dr. DeSousa and was told to get an ECG. I made the appointment which could only be made at the earliest for a month later only to get to the appointment and find out he didn’t even fax the requisition in so I have no way to get the test done. This facility is beyond unprofessional and I will be searching for another physician without question.

The wait is always a drag, I mean, what's the point of making an appointment if you'll be seen an hour later anyways? Granted I should be thankful that the health care is free and actually decent, it would just be nice if the wait wasn't so long. Also some of the receptionists could have some better patience and bedside manner so to speak. I don't like feeling like I'm inconveniencing them by booking and appointment or checking in, but it seems like that every time I do.

I called to make an appointment with one of the physicians who was listed as "Accepting New Patients - No Referral Required". After being on hold for 8 minutes no problem, I do not mind waiting, I spoke to the receptionist. She was quite unfriendly. She let me know that there were no physicians accepting new patients at this time. I let her know that was strange because their website said otherwise. I was interrupted twice while trying to say this, and she quickly said again that no one could see me, wished me well and hung up. I completely understand if this is simply an instance of the website not being updated, that stuff happens, but the way she spoke to me on the phone was not okay.
