I have been seeing Dr. Seto for about 10 years, and saw another doctor at the practice before she retired. He has been excellent, always compassionate and always helped me navigate my medical needs. His bedside manner is the best I have ever experienced. I understand that the clinic is busy, I don't expect to get same day appointments usually. Many reviews mention the front staff, I have never had an issue with them but I always treat them with the same respect I expect to be treated with. I understand that they can only provide access to the appointments available, otherwise my doctor would be overbooked and running late. That being said, I have also been the patient who spent over an hour with my doctor because he provided the best possible medical care that day so I don't complain if he is running behind.

I’ve seen Dr. Denson since I was a child. My parents still see him as well. When I got married he excepted my husband and has accepted our two children since then. He is an amazing doctor Who is very caring and understanding. The staff that work with him are very kind and understanding people as well. The facility is very nice and always very clean. Having the pharmacy on site is a blessing as well. You can call in your prescriptions they will have it ready for you and if your subscription is expired they will talk to the doctor on your behalf and see if they can get a new prescription set or if the doctor needs to call you for a update on how you’re doing with said prescription.

I have been seeing Dr. Denson for 20 years. I have always felt in capable hands and appreciate the no rush approach on visits. Everything is explained well. Options are well explained with the reasons why and I always know I’m in good hands. Any time changes are suggested they are thoroughly explained to ensure I understand what is being done and why. If need be he calls me to explain test results rather than having to make another appointment. Very happy with the care I receive.

My son was a patient at this clinic for years until recently when his doctor who was amazing left to pursue work elsewhere. What surprised me is that they said no other doctor there would see him at all. I have now finally found a doctor at a different location. And get this, to have my sons chart transferred to the new clinic ONLY BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO SEE HIM ANYMORE has costed me $35 dollars?!?!?!?! How is that even allowed?

There is one word that describes the doctors at this clinic. This word is : EXCELLENT. Many of my family members have been patients here for over 20 years and we have received compassion and fantastic care from Dr. Denson, Dr. Fisher and Dr. Seto. These doctors go WELL BEYOND the standard level of care that is expected of physicians. In fact, Dr. Denson actually took the time to phone us to convey his condolences with the recent passing of my father . Keep up the great work Nottingham!!!

Dr. Brokop is the best doctor I have ever had. I have been going to him for about two years now and have always left the clinic feeling respected, optimistic, and heard. Dr. Brokop listens to patient concerns, rigorously documents information, clearly explains procedures and medications, and has excellent bedside manner in easing anxiety and exercising compassion. I would recommend Dr. Brokop to anyone, especially those who experience anxiety in going to the doctor.

I have been a patient here since 2020 and have noticed a dramatic decrease in care and kindness. Today is the third time I have not had my doctor refer my prescription. I have had a previous phone call appointment where my prescription for bipolar was never sent out. I had a phone call again this weekend from my doctor and my pharmacy has never received the prescription. I cannot get into my doctor for week, whenever I do he is extremely overbooked and late. I have tried calling all morning and the phone line does not connect. This is a common occurrence at this clinic. Phone appointments and faxing prescriptions should be the easiest way to do things and yet I have had poor care of my medication now for weeks. It’s very frustrating Update: after posting my review Dr. Densen made an extreme personal effort to help me with my situation. I feel he did his best to hear me after I exclaimed my severe unhappiness. Although I will no longer be using Nottingham medical not because of dr densen but because of the distance and some staff he works with are too toxic for me to be around I do find dr densen to be a caring human. The mistakes made on my situation were amended and I received help to apply for disability. Dr densen heard my concerns and did everything he could to validate I was being heard this time around. I would like to thank you dr densen for taking the time to do this. The front desk staff are still not the most pleasant the older lady insulted me for having to get a disability form signed for the govt she said “wow big form, guess you’ll be taking up a lot of time” as if my healthcare is somehow not warranted proper attention. The clinic still needs some work on manners but after the last interaction I can say dr densen himself is 5 star. The rest of the front desk is decent and that one older lady is extremely out of date on bed side manners

Doctors are Great , front desk staff don’t know what they’re doing. Never book appointments correctly or know the times they’re booked for. Extremely unhelpful. Don’t call in advance they call you minutes prior to your appointment to tell you the “ correct time “. Extremely poor customer care etiquette.

I am no longer a patient at this clinic due to past conflicts. However I will say after complaining and fighting to be heard by anyone in healthcare there was finally a drastic change in treatment. Dr. Densen is genuinely a kind hearted soul. I can be a difficult human to deal with since I’m forced to live without mental health treatment in alberta. I have difficult mood swings, triggers to authority, and severe mental illness. But Dr. Densen is a real doctor who acted ethically beyond measure to resolve the previous complaints I had and then went above and beyond to make sure I was going to get help I need. I’m forever grateful for his care. Although I won’t be seeing him anymore I do think he’s a fabulous human for the kindness he showed me when I was completely destroyed by the healthcare system.

I love my doctor and would never change doctors because of that. Doctor Seto is a compassionate and understanding doctor with incredible bed side manner and always takes my concerns seriously and addresses them during the appointment. Good luck getting in when you really need it though. Dealing with reception is always the worst. They have one receptionist who has absolutely NO understanding of how to be empathetic, for a while I would hang up as soon as I heard her voice. I do have many mental health issues and have never once been offered grace for those issues that are completely out of my control. I have been guilted and lectured for missing a photo call appointment with no understanding offered for the fact that I was caring for 6 children at the time and specific call times are not offered only a general “sometime in the afternoon” if that - last time I was only given the day and told to keep my phone on me but it is impossible to remain available 100% of the day - ESPECIALLY as a parent. If you have an urgent need, are in physical pain, or have a sudden medical need come up you will not be able to see your doctor and flexibility or understanding for the suffering of patients is incredibly limited. I have been told that wait times for an appointments for issues like sever pain would take up to two weeks and that there was no other option other than waiting or going elsewhere - most of the time meaning a 9+ hour wait at the Sherwood park hospital for conditions that don’t need hospital care. I have been a patient here for years and this has been occurring consistently for as long as I can remember, not just related to COVID -19. It has been increasingly frustrating and any new patients should be aware that you will rarely ever be able to see your doctor in a timely manner and appointment times are incredibly limited. You only really get to see your doctor for issues that do no require immediate attention like prescription refills.
