Burnaby's own fastest growing wholesale/retail flooring supplier. We carry a large selection of tile (floor and wall), laminate, engineered hardwood and natural stone at reasonable prices. We stock 80% of our lines, adhesives, grout and underlay's in-house.

TERRIBLE service. I'd give no stars if I could. It all started so well! I went to DT Flooring to look at tiles (at a great price) and the sales guy told me I had 30 days AFTER PICK UP OF TILES to return them and that he could hold the stock of tiles for me until my flooring project began in November. So I spent $1,200 on tiles so as not to miss the great sale they were having. Two days later I phoned DT FLooring to request an installer come quote on my project, at which point owner tells me that they would only hold the product for 2 weeks. A few days later the installer arrived and announced that my floor was too uneven to tile. So I went to get a refund (10 days after original purchase) and was promptly charged a restocking fee of 10%. There was no restocking to do as I hadn't even picked up the tile! She even charged me a 10% restocking fee on tile SAMPLES which I had purchased. When I inquired, the owner told me it was to cover the VISA charge of the purchase... which clearly is not $120. The owner was dismissive and uncooperative. This company has no regard whatsoever for customer satisfaction and is inconsistent on all policies when trying to sell you their product (I speak namely about the sales guy's selling technique) so be completely sure of your product, and review and ASK them about their policies before you pay!
