They didn't appear to clear any snow in the parking lot or walkways so that was fun. No cold water and so I couldn't shower because it was scalding hot on both the cold water and hot water supply lines. Told the front desk and they said that you have to run the cold water for a long time, like 30 minutes to get to be cold. Did not deliver a wake up call as promised for an early morning flight out of Edmonton at 6AM where I needed to leave Red Deer by 3AM in the morning. Some complimentary coffee for guests would have been nice. Staff were pleasant. Usually a Sheraton is good, but this one needs some help.

Slightly dated furnishings, but definitely not run down. Elevator is a bit quirky but quite fast. Very clean and spacious rooms with strong amenities. The indoor pool is an excellent temperature with a very comfortable ambient temperature. The conference center and food was fantastic. Good acoustics and comfortable furniture.

What a beautiful hotel. I have stayed here a few times now. They have updated their rooms. It is gorgeous. It was quiet And we weren't bothered from noise from other people. Their restaurant is so good. The staff are professional and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I love this place

We were there for the VNEA 8 Ball Tournament. The room was really well set up and organized. The lighting in the smaller room left a lot to be desired. The food in the main restaurant was amazing. It is a large facility and with an event like a pool tournament going the parking was very inadequate.

A very good Hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Booking is snap however depending on the season. Due to it house a numbers of venue area. Plenty of Parking and handicap accessible.
