Reserved a two queen bed room. They are doubles at the most. If they consider these beds queens, they are not regular queens by any means.nnSecondly, the toilet was dirty and so was the tub.nnThe rest of the room was decent for the price.nnThe kids liked the pool even though the hot tub was taken by one family for over an hour and didn’t let anyone else use it.nnDefinitely won’t be staying here again. There is much better in Town for the price.
Pros:nVery nice breakfast.nClean rooms.nGood pool with waterslide and hot tub.nFriendly, efficient staff.nnCons:nFacility was showing its age.nThe bathtub was stained and all toiletries empty.nCarpet was old and worn.nnOverall, it was a decent hotel to stay. It was worth the price paid. The breakfast was worth it alone. The kids loved the pool, I loved the hot tub. When the staff was notified of the hot tub not working as it should, they very quickly fixed it. I'd stay here again if I ever had to stay in Red Deer again.
Room reservation required adjoining rooms. Was assured this would be available. Upon check in, no adjoining rooms available. Instead put rooms on same floor. Explained this was not adequate to ensure appropriate supervision or minors. Because of the last minute change, could not find accommodation elsewhere.nStaff apologized and made excuses but offered no solution - basically too bad for you , stay or leave- I don’t care.nnPool was nasty, hot tub scummy, bathroom stained and not in good repair.
Very clean room, spacious, reasonably updated. The front desk staff is always so friendly. A special shout out to Marta, she is super helpful, friendly and personable. Always very positive to deal with anything I need when staying at the hotel.
The rooms are clean, the hotel staff are great. For the price, it's a very good deal, especially for families. The only thing they should improve is their breakfast. It's rather cheap tasting and the coffee tasted like it's watered down.
