Exceptional Long-Term Stay and great Service!n​My recent stay at the Sheraton in St. John's, Newfoundland, spanned nearly 30 days, and I can honestly say it was a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. The hospitality here is absolutely top-notch, and the staff is the heart of this hotel.n​The entire front desk team is awesome—always polite, helpful, and professional. I especially want to highlight Onur, who consistently went above and beyond. He made sure all my requirements were fulfilled and ensured I was completely taken care of throughout my long stay.n​Beyond the daily excellent service, the team shone brightest during a stressful travel situation. When my flight was canceled and I had to rebook my hotel room, the front desk employees were incredibly prompt and helpful. Along with Onur, the other female employees whose names I regretfully didn't catch provided exceptional assistance when I was dealing with the stress of the flight delay and missing luggage. They handled the rebooking seamlessly, making sure I felt comfortable and supported during a chaotic time.n​Thank you to the entire Sheraton St. John's team for providing such a high level of comfort and care. I highly recommend this hotel for both short and extended visits.
In early June 2024, I spent three nights at this beautiful hotel just a short distance from the shoreline, sponsored by Schluter System Canada for the Schluter System Innovation Workshop: Part 2. Despite the chilly, windy, and drizzly weather, it was still a fantastic and memorable stay, with friendly staff offering a warm welcome and delicious catering throughout. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk anywhere, and the room was clean and spotless. I would definitely recommend staying here again for either business or leisure purposes.
My staff and I always enjoy the outstanding experience of working and staying at the Sheraton in St. John’s. Exceptional service from start to finish! A heartfelt thank you to the lovely Catering and Sales Manager, Kathleen Dominie, for her meticulous attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout the planning and execution of our event — her dedication ensured the entire experience was seamless and successful. Sincere thanks to Kirk from the banquet staff for checking in on us and providing exemplary assistance on the day of our event, and to the welcoming Shaine Pineda for exceptional follow-up and professionalism. As always, Dave Maunder from Encore offered kind and accommodating support, ensuring we were tech-ready for our seminar. Overall, the sales and banquet teams demonstrated outstanding organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail, making the experience seamless and successful. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff at the Sheraton for their excellent support and service.
This was our second stay at the Sheraton Hotel, St. John’s, NL & each time, we could not ask for better accommodations The staff are exceptional! Brenda, Guest Services, and Ashley, Reception, warmly welcomed us back & they were extremely helpful in addressing our many questions regarding tours, places of interest and, of course, the many amenities that the hotel offers. We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our room which overlooked the harbour. We also enjoyed the amenities of the restaurant, Bivver, and the Club Lounge. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the popular areas & local attractions of downtown. We highly recommend the Sheraton Hotel, and we look forward to our next visit to St. John’s, NL!
Fantastic stay in Sheraton. The Garden is wonderful, the harbour view of our room is unbeatable.nnThe reception staff Onur is definitely the highlight of our stay. He is very friendly and thoughtful. Provide us with tons of help. We will be back to next year:nnWe don’t have time to have the breakfast in Sheraton, for sure will try it next time.
