I had an excellent stay here in December. When I got home to BC I spent a week looking for my favorite sweater before I recalled hanging it in the closet in the hotel room. When I called they quickly tracked it down and returned it to me. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff at the Quality Hotel.

You get a nice harbor view as long as your room is facing that direction, they're usually booked but the rooms are nice as well as the staff. Lots of food places within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Bad service... Very noisy Hotel.. Decor is very dated... Cleanliness is questionable.. Had a bottle of cleaner left in my room for 6 days before it was removed by cleaning staff.... Just saying!

Nice place to live downtown for a reasonable price. Room have not been renovated since a long time and the restaurant is in the average but who care, most of great downtown restaurants are at a walking distance !
