Said they didn't have change for 100 on a 35 purchase in the middle of the day. Unapologetic and made no effort to even look or try. What a joke.

I live 200 meters from this place and usually make multiple daly visits spending at least 15 or 20 bucks every time. And although the night window is frustrating and absolutely ridiculous I can kind of understand the need. But tonight Wednesday June 06 2024 really shows what's become of the service industry. The young sekh gent behind the counter/ window ran and hidd in the back when he saw me and another customer approaching. So because I had a flat and needed the air pump I waited him out . Over 20 minutes . When he came out he looked terribly put out to have to serve me and when I asked for a couple of drinks and a toony for the compressor he told me no I won't give you cash back Wich is absolutely false considering I have made this exact same transaction multiple times with multiple employees. When I said this to him he gave me the finger and the brush of motion. Now being that I am 50 I'm a little more mellow than I was in my younger days. Any way I'm sick of the lack of respect and any kind of work ethic at all. I seriously hope management does the right thing here . I'll be watching and waiting

Kezia has the best customer service skills and managed well under pressure. I had a big transaction for gift cards this afternoon and I waited close to an hour to complete my transaction. She had the best attitude despite her interactions with some rude customers.

worst cashier customer service interaction of my entire life - such a rude associate was some younger east indian girl.nnshe first of all selected the wrong pump for my gas and i’m literally the only car there, i come in to correct her and she tells me ‘ oh just press it harder i know better than you it’s working ‘nnexcuse me? you know better than me but you’re clearly wrong here and you selected the wrong pump. so rude as well overall like wow. she should be fired

Kezia is a wonderful worker and a very helpful person always does a great job at helping me. She’s very nice and never in a bad mood. Seems to never be in a bad mood
