CIBC ATM

First time visiting this CIBC. And probably the last time. All i wanted to do was close an account. As I patiently wait in line, i get asked what my purpose was. The staff that asked continued to ask others in line behind me. I get passed by 3-4 others in the queue. He can clearly see me still standing there even after a significant amount of time. The teller that finally helped me, was very kind. However she needed some assistance from a manager. So in the end they could have helped and i would have been on my way 20 mins earlier. I guess not every customer is equal to this branch. They will decide who they want to help.

This is the worst branch of CIBC no one is ready to help even after talking to ISBO team and coming here on 29th March they say the earliest appointment I'd of 24th April. Is this a joke. If you're planning to save your time please go to some other branch instead of this. Save yourself

I came here to pickup my credit card. I've probably picked up over 10 cards in my lifetime from td cibc branches. The person at the front always brings it takes a minute. I go to this branch to pick one today and the woman in the front who sits there I think Bharti tells me get in line. I ask her can't you grab it for me quickly she says no. Wait in the lineup for 15 minutes the tellers even like she could have done it for you. The whole time I'm in lineup the Bharti person doing nothing. Have some common sense and help your customers as if you were in their shoes

This branch DOESN'T HAVE ATM machine available after hours. Inside ATM is locked after hours and no outside machines. So if you need your cash after 5 pm. or on weekends you are screwed. THANKS CIBC for another horrible branch.

Long wait. But a big shoutout to Mikayla who helped me today. She’s very kind and professional. And the experience a little bit better.

Quite possibly the worst bank in the world in terms of customer service. As a newcomer here I would have expected a bank to be interested in supporting me instead I shall be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere as soon as my status changes. Missed my appointment by telephone literally never called at all after waiting 11 days for it, owe me over 200$ in account fees wrongly taken, and lack of care and customer service. Do not bother to email or call as you will never get a a response. This is a joke of a branch

The guy at the front was rude and with attitude. l don’t know if the guy was just having a bad day or it is just the way it is in this location. It’s disappointing as a customer.

Worst Bank ever; my dad has been banking for more than 4 years with them, he has changed jobs and now they retain his cheque which is the normal process how ever, they have cleared an amount so he can continue his job, delivery driver but this last cheque they held the full amount, he is unable to work because he needs money for gas bank + manager did not give info on why left him with out a penny for 5 days really upsetting.

The tellers are really nice . But Ms Susanne this is for you!!!!! it is no mannerism to walk around the tellers even if you are supervising them with folded arms and poor attitude. On top of that when someone wants the transaction to be processed for the same day- you cut off the tellers midway their sentence- providing right information that one of the tellers Ada has the stamp for today. Madam this is no personal business here- learn to be professional.

I had a weird transaction to do today as i do not bank at CIBC personally but i had a cheque to deposit on behalf of the company i work for. They were super sweet when helping me with this transaction and got it done in a nice timely manner! im really glad they were able to help me and all the staff were super sweet and understanding! really like this branch not sure why it only has 2 stars!
