Worst and most unprofessional branch I have ever stepped foot in. This branch is a joke and I recommend staying away from it. The staff are unprofessional and rude. Furthermore, as other reviewers have said, the tellers are slow - they rather laugh and tell jokes behind the counter to each other instead of helping their clients. If you go in to speak to a teller, expect to be standing in line for more then 10 minutes, even though there is only 1 person in front of you. I've also gone in to speak to a financial advisor, and on 2 separate occasions walked into my pre-booked appointment only have it cancelled both times because the advisor was out of the office that day.
