Valley First

I have to say the best customer service experience I have ever had, I run my business account and my personnel account with Valley first. I always talk to Ashley who is amazing she is always just an email or phone call away and super organized. Even if its late or she is super busy she will always take the time to get back to me and let me know whats happening. I feel the service is just so personnel and I love it.

I have been with Valley First for over fifteen years. I continue to use them despite moving to another province. I have been very happy with the personalized, first name service I have gotten from staff. My financial planning is also with Valley First (QTrade). My financial planner is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, personable and honest. My funds are doing very well. I have also used the insurance services with Valley First and have recommended them to friends. The branch location and hours is perfect and when traveling, using another credit union ATM means no fees. I can walk into most branches in Kelowna including downtown and the staff knows who I am and that feels special. If you are tired of Big Business Banks, switch to Valley First!!

While it is nice to have a free chequing account they bombard you with questions regarding investments and try to get you to buy their mutual funds. They tell you to delete evidence of fraud before reporting it. I would go somewhere else with my money of of they didn't give back to the community.

Great branch and people! Would recommend them for either personal or business banking. They always have time to answer any questions that you may have.
