I just called the 1-800 # and it was a call centre in India. I had to spell my last name (which consists of 4 letters)6 times before the person got it correct. the background noise was unbelievable!! I've never experienced this ever - with my other two banks that I deal with. I had to tell the person the address of the bank I wanted the appointment with. I can not believe this! I'm speaking Canadian English, don't tell me I've spelled centre incorrect! It was a terrible experience!
