Shawarma House

Amazing shawarmas! The ingredients are fresh and the portions are huge. Great service, too! Staff are always happy and smiling when I go in. This evening, I dropped my take-out bag while leaving, and even though nothing had happened to my food they insisted I take a new drink and complementary potatoes! A really nice gesture.

Terrible customer service. Rude rude rude will never go back. I put up with there s××t attitude for a while because the location is so close to my house. But I refuse to give them any more business. I had simply asked what dressing they put on as I had not asked for any. He responds "garlic"!!! I said oh sorry I don't want any dressing he then starts over asking me what I want. Well the same thing I just ordered but with no dressing.... he starts throwing the ingredients together. I felt very uncomfortable. I could tell the other customers were most likely wondering what this guys problem is.

Food was fine, but the customer service was horrible. Ordered a combo, had to remind them what size of sandwich and what side came with the combo, as they had begun making me the wrong order. Not an issue, they were busy and likely stressed. But when I spoke up, the server was violently annoyed, literally threw the previous order aside and gave me a dirty look while putting the new one together. The cashier then gave me the wrong drink, insisted that it was the right one, then was annoyed when I asked if he could please switch it (which just involved reaching behind him into the fridge). I was not bothered by their errors, but their rudeness was unbelievable. Will be telling others to steer clear.

I had food poisoning the last time I ate there. The straws are too long for the drinks, the soaps in the bathroom doesn't smell good, the chicken was bland, the carrots don't taste nice. These are just some of the nightmares I had to experience. On top of that, no one delivered the sandwich to my table. Very disappointing experience.

Always tasty and fresh. Go for the "plate to go"...good luck closing the lid. I eat here about once a week. Ali and his staff treat you right.
