By far my favourite Indian restaurant. The lunch buffet is excellent albeit spicy at times, and the naan is fabulous! Our family likes to order takeout butter chicken from here because it's simply the best. Once you try this recipe, you won't go anywhere else!

Best East Indian food in Ottawa that we've had. The decor in need of serious updating so we only order takeout. Service is not too quick so be sure to allow yourself enough time.

Food was good and the naan was delicious. Buffet is small. They had my two favorite dessert items (gulab jamun and rice pudding); both tasted good. The fruit options didn't look great. Some of fruits were browning. I tried the watermelon, pineapple and honey dew. The watermelon and pineapple tasted wrong. There seemed to be one staff memeber acting as host and server, so none of the tables got cleared until the restaurant literally emptied from customers.

Some of the best Indian in Ottawa at a great price. Selection changes daily and everything tastes amazing.

The food quality here is good in general, however, I am giving them 1 star because of their customer service in our recent visit. We (me with family and daughter) usually go there at evening to have snacks. Like always we ordered chana bhathura, and some other pakoras. After having our snacks in the restaurant when we went for payment, the gentleman at the counter told us that if we want to order just snacks do not dine-in here, make a take out. As this is very expensive for them cater customers with small orders. We felt insulted after this conversation and decided not to visit them again. I have a suggestion to the owner, please put a note upfront, How much a customer needs to spend there to be eligible to dine-in so that you do not have to waste your time explaining your expenses on customers when they dine-in.
