We had a great experience. Colleen was our waitress tonight. She was amazing. Can't say that enough. The problem we had were: We both ordered steak medium rare. My husband's came out medium rare but mine came out medium well. Any steak lover knows this is just HORRIBLE. They took mine back and made me another. I feel that some money should have been taken off the bill because I was left eating my steak long after my husband was done. I ordered a Colassal Margarita...It took more than 10 minutes for this drink. I wasn't impresses. The drink it self was wonderful. The excuse was that there was a large take out order that had to be met and then the bartender was going to make my drink. We are from out of town. We came for the Toronto Maple Leafs game. I'm surprised in an area with such competition this wasn't handled properly.

I come here often for lunch. Great staff, very friendly, and knew me by name after only 1 visit. Excellent food as well. Their lunch menu grilled cheese + roasted red pepper soup is incredible and only $15. It's so good that I could eat it everyday...... and I have lolol

Went for dinner with my family, started with the nachos and they were just ok. My husband and I each ordered the bacon cheese burger his with fries and mine with salad the burgers were semi warm when they arrived and were dry and not much taste. My husband's fries were dark on the outside as though they had been well cooked but were raw on the inside. Our son had salmon and it was ok but very small portion for the price. Service was mediocre. Needless to say we won't be returning.

I've been to this location a few times and its generally a similar experience to other locations, it's an average setting with average food. The last time I was dining here, our sever was very inattentive -- it took me ages to get his attention to ask for water despite him walking past us several times. It was also frustrating seeing him stop at each of the tables in his care except us. The food was mediocre as well. The fish & chips was chewy, and one of the pieces was actually broken (not a big deal, was more concerned with the chewy texture) and my boyfriends burger was also quite pink at the centre (more rare than the medium standard).

Food acceptable quality/price. Staff friendly enough. Better places in the same area. Probably won't go back. If the food was only slightly better and the staff marginally more attentive, the rating would be significantly higher.
