Wow! Some of the best Xiao Long Bao I have ever had! Bursting with soup like the ones you see on television shows. You should dine on site though because they steam your food fresh to order. Also had the glutinous rice siumai which was large and so satisfying with starchy rice goodness. Highly impressed and definitely reccomend this place for Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings.
Nice hidden gem in Aberdeen! Food was delicious! Good portion size and reasonably priced! Overall great value!
I got the xiaolongbao combo which comes with a drink and a vermicelli duck soup. The xiaolongbao were delicious but the broth was so salty and the meat were just some duck fermented organs. I went back to ask for some hot water to dilute my soup because it’s not drinkable condition. The young lady asked for cost of utensils. They did remake another soup for me but it’s still very salty. I don’t like to waste food but it’s not a very pleasant experience.
Soup buns Xiao Long Bao was good. Pickled cabbage noodle soup is a bit greasy for me, and pan fried buns is a bit too doughy.
For a mall stall this place was quite good. Always nice to see the XLB made right before your eyes. They had one kitchen staffer at the XLB station making XLB after XLB. The noodles were good. Good quantity and was piping hot. Would definitely try what else they have to offer.
Tried their Sheng Jian Bao It is good, but not authentic. It is way too big, and not as juicy as the original version from Shanghai.
Their pan fried pork buns and XLBs are sooo good . There’s always a lineup here for a good reason. Worth the wait!
One of the best Xiao long bao I've had so far in Vancouver. It's a bit over $1 each they come in 6 and I think it's $7 but are full of good soup with a light not densely packed filling. They also hold their shape relatively well yet is a thin enough wrapping to not overwhelm the flavor. We also got the pig intestines which were also 5
The xlb were amazing. The pan fried dumplings were surprisingly juicy. The green onion pancakes were good. Surprisingly the xlb were the first ready and I worried during the wait as the rest of my order was slowly assembled that the earlier items would be cold but everything ended up fine. Fantastic for food court fare.
Located in Aberdeen mall. We were ordering dishes from all the food court vendors so only ordered the soup dumplings from here. They were very good value for the price. Lots of soup inside the dumplings. I'd go back.
