I was really impressed with the variety of sweet dishes they offer. I had come here a week ago and bought a while a lot of sweets of different types available to celebrate Diwali with my friends.nnEach item was delicious, and friends were so ecstatic and had fun filled celebration with the sweets.nnMore importantly, they are fresh and lite, unlike frozen and preserved for days.nnI recommend!
Amazing experience in customer service.,one of the employer Jass.. Her service is so polite. I had an issue with my food, which was supposed to be veggie but that was chicken. After reaching out to that she immediately change the whole items to the new one. Having chicken in a vegetarian family is not acceptable at all, but the way she talk and handled was great.
I have been going to this restaurant for more than 2 years and Amritsari Kulcha was one of the most common thing that I used to order most of the time. A plate for $12 with 2 Amritsari Kulchas all the time. I had the same order today after so long and the experience was bad. This time they served single Amritsari kulcha and when I asked the front guy, he said they serve one piece only. However, I got two Amritsari kulcha in one plate all the time. No offence towards him as it seems like he was new because I have never seen him before. Even the taste was not as good as earlier. It was so dry, Not even decent amount of filling, bad taste. I felt like I am eating bread. Would not visit them ever again.
Today we visited wedding at Abbotsford and the whole food service was owned by shahi catering . That I consider that one of the most amazing team and service provided by shahi catering. When I tried the food items , it was mouthwatering and I have never eaten this quality of food which was looking quite fresh . And I can say that shahi catering has one of the best foods and services .
We had their food at our workplace, and it was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Not a single dish was cooked properly, and everything tasted as if it had been made two days earlier. The flavors were bland, the textures were off, and even the presentation was unappetizing. It was clear that no effort had been put into freshness or quality. Many of us ended up leaving our plates half-finished, completely disappointed by the experience.
