When I arrived, the employee at the front desk did not greet me or acknowledge me in any way. She did not say hello or ask how she could help. Instead, she simply stared at me without speaking. Throughout the interaction, while she was assisting me, she was actively on her phone texting and did not communicate clearly about what was happening with my service.nnI had to repeatedly ask questions in order to understand what was going on. When she handed me the paperwork for my license, she did not explain anything, indicate whether the process was complete, or say anything such as “you’re all set” or “have a good day.” I had to ask her directly whether we were done before she responded with “yes.”nnWhat made this experience more concerning is that the location was completely empty at the time. It was not busy, and there were no visible pressures that would explain the lack of basic professionalism or communication.nnAs a customer, I expect at minimum to be greeted, treated respectfully, and clearly informed throughout the process. This interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.nnI hope this feedback can be taken seriously and addressed.nnThank you.

I had an excellent experience at the ServiceOntario location on Chrysler Drive, thanks to Uneet, who assisted me during my visit. She was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire process.nnUneet clearly explained each step, answered all my questions without rushing, and ensured everything was completed accurately. Her calm and friendly approach made the visit smooth and stress-free, even in a busy service environment.nnTruly appreciate Uneet’s dedication to outstanding customer service. Very disappointed with the service today. There were huge lines and only two customer representatives actually helping customers, while the rest were sitting around talking. The wait was unnecessary and could have been avoided with better staff management.

Extremely slow service and poor management.nThe waiting time here is way too long — people are standing in line for hours because there are no token machines or proper ticket system to organize the crowd. The staff seems overwhelmed, and the whole process feels disorganized. It’s very uncomfortable to wait for such a long time, especially when other ServiceOntario locations have better systems. This location really needs improvement in managing queues and reducing wait times.
