ServiceOntario #081 -nChrysler Drive, Brampton, ONnnIt is a very busy place, and a lot of customers keep coming for various services, yet only 4 counters were operational while a couple of counters at the back served the people with appointments. I tried to make an appointment at this location but was unsuccessful.nnI'm forced to give only 2 stars, that too for the counter staff working here. The 3 stars I held are due to the poor interior and the shortage of staff.nnHonestly, when I entered, I never felt that I was in an office in Canada as the location's interior arrangements were very poorly arranged and maintained.nnOne of the notice boards at the far end is not aligned, thus is crooked. There are four stanchion posts in two sets that are also seen crooked in two different directions. See the attached pictures.nn100s of clients pop in, yet this location didn't have a restroom. An elderly person was looking for a washroom, but nothing was available.nnTo block one of the serving counter, the management deemed fit to use used cardboard, which looked like I was in a third world. See the attached pictures.nnSince a lot of clients come by, this location must be paid well. Why can't they then make it look good?

Worst customer service, unprofessional and inexperienced staff . No cleanliness, it’s a messy place with zero customer service. Staff is rude and disrespectful. Huge lines of customers only 3-4 counters were open . Don’t care about service. Looks more like a dirty warehouse that’s messy, smells like rotten fish.

Location was open till late while other Service Ontario closed at 1PM on Saturday. It is a little busy due to that so plan ahead. Staff was very professional & very helpful we got our renewals done well within time.

Manager is poor, not many chairs for waiting, no auto machine for tickets, no proper line divider, and overall is mot so clean environment. Everyone is waiting in the same line and services are really slow. I am literally standing in the line for past 10 mins and it hasn't been moved yet.

Ridiculous service, driver license was sent out is mishandled during Canada Post strike. I never received while again I have to pay for the fee. Nobody assist in a manner, blaming Canada Post.nWell I ended up paying $100 twice.nPlease whoever is managing, assist your team in accordance to customer service not to customer theft and work on policies or put shoes in place of customer and think who lined up patiently after couple of hours nobody bother to help and freaking giving attitude to customers.
