I find it’s ok, employees are just trying to do their jobs. Maybe we shouldn’t get upset because we don’t get our ways. Follow the rules people and/or understand them and you will be less upset. Just saying. Later.

bad customer service, employees do not want to be there. worst location. dont ask questions because the employees are no help. they just want you out of there. avoid.

Worst location ever! The employees hate their job and have no knowledge about anything. Dont ask a question coz i am sure they dont know the answer to it. I am never going back again to this location

It's a typical Service Ontario. Employees are always rude like every location. If you want to come here, come prepared and keep interaction with the employees to a minimal as they tend to get annoyed if they have to do their job. Service is much faster then other locations in Brampton. They also do a better job at managing the line.

Terrible service and hours, like all government services... Sholan Narine; How was it great service if you had to go there 10+ times... Maybe your the problem...
