ServiceOntario #081 -nChrysler Drive, Brampton, ONnnIt is a very busy place, and a lot of customers keep coming for various services, yet only 4 counters were operational while a couple of counters at the back served the people with appointments. I tried to make an appointment at this location but was unsuccessful.nnI'm forced to give only 2 stars, that too for the counter staff working here. The 3 stars I held are due to the poor interior and the shortage of staff.nnHonestly, when I entered, I never felt that I was in an office in Canada as the location's interior arrangements were very poorly arranged and maintained.nnOne of the notice boards at the far end is not aligned, thus is crooked. There are four stanchion posts in two sets that are also seen crooked in two different directions. See the attached pictures.nn100s of clients pop in, yet this location didn't have a restroom. An elderly person was looking for a washroom, but nothing was available.nnTo block one of the serving counter, the management deemed fit to use used cardboard, which looked like I was in a third world. See the attached pictures.nnSince a lot of clients come by, this location must be paid well. Why can't they then make it look good?

I had taken my parents to get their Health Card and ON photo ID made at this location last Saturday. The experience was excellent. A heartfelt thank you to MaryAnn who patiently attended to our queries and assisted us in getting all the work done in a timely manner. She was friendly and professional. Keep up the good job

I appreciate the hours of operation at this location. Despite being extremely busy, I had a great experience. The manager, Vincent, demonstrated professionalism, leadership, and efficiency in reducing wait times, which significantly minimized frustration among clients. I also overheard positive feedback from customers as they left, expressing their satisfaction.nnThank you to you and your team for your excellent service!

Went to renew Health Card for my father. There was big lineup.Manager saw my father waiting and he immediately came to him for assistance. The girl at the counter was also very helpful and provided a very professional service. Thanks

Arrived a few minutes after 9am, there was already a line. We had to wait roughly 20 minutes, but we were happy with the services Chashita provided. She was very helpful and patient with us and guided us with what information we had to fill out for my wife's name change and registering a car.
