Clean quick place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They told me fill out this form and I had to call in for the sickness benefit but the process was smooth. Still have to wear a mask going in. Name checkin with license and they will get to you quick.

I applied for SIN number for the first time. I took an appointment at 11 am a day before going. When i went there, there was a long line waiting outside under the sun. I waited out for five minutes before i was inside. It took less than one hour to get SIN number for myself and my family members of three individuals. The employees were very kind and helpful.

I decided to go on a Thursday morning since I had the day off. Got there around 8:00 AM with about thirty people ahead of me. There were two lines so I asked the security guard if they did passport renewals, and they did alongside with the SIN line. I waited outside until 9:30 AM and it was quite cold so make sure if you’re waiting, to bundle up! Got inside the building and only waited for literally ten minutes until my name was called. The whole process took about fifteen minutes and I left around 10:05 AM. Amazing! I’m thankful to the security guards and to all the workers there for being patient and kind to all the people who had questions and dropped by on a whim.

I applied there to get my SIN for the first time. I'm glad I took an appointment for 8:30 because without one, I would been there the whole day. Staff at cubicle number 6 was really nice and didnt give me any trouble. I was done before 8:45 AM. So please, take appointment to avoid the hassle.

Place is great. My experience was super. Came in around 8:35 am. Despite of 20 people before me I was called in in 10 mins and process was straightforward. Aprreciate the pace of customer service reps here. Thanks

Very well organized and disciplined staff. But long que, you will have at least 2 hours wait time in line . Or best is to get online appointments to avoid long wait time, I have uploaded pics how to get online appointments. Good luck

wort security lady !!! no manners very rude and doesn't know how to talk I had appointment still turned me down by saying that we don't service foreign passport biometrics later on same day i got my work done at same location get some information so that you people 's time is not wasted !!!!

Good service but lines are very long. Must go with an appointment. It will take only 15-20 minutes

I've spent 4 hours line-up to reach inside the door, getting zero result, the office lady gave file# and asked me go to Missisauga office can cut the line to get my Passport as I've submitted by courier. Went there gave my file#, but securities told me - get a blue ticket have to line up from 5am - came 8am.... and waited another 4 hours to go inside. Terrible experience.

We visited this location on a Tuesday in end of September 2022, at 6.30am and there was already a long line. There were actually two lines, one for SIN and the other one for Visa. My husband and I were there to submit our passport applications because I didn’t have a travel document to go to the passport office. I finally got in-front of the line at 10.30am and the security asked me to come back after one hour because they don’t prioritize passport applications and only let people in if there’s an opening. I refused of course, My husband and I didn’t waste 4 hours in line just to go back home and I was let in after awhile. Inside, I got my service done by Rashae, a wonderful lady who was very professional, polite, treated us with respect and submitted our passport applications within like 15 minutes. She did her best to help us. Thank you for helping us Rashae. Keep up your good work !
