A recent visit to the Service Ontario branch located at 2150 Steeles Avenue East, Unit 2 in Brampton has left me dismayed by the horrendous service that is being provided at that branch. On Monday, April 12, 13 (twice) and 16, 2018 I went there to register a vehicle for my company and had to return several times because of the lack of information that was provided. The frustration and lack of attention that is being given by the staff and management (Luisa Angel and Alex Soler) is incredulous. A lot of time was unnecessarily spent going back and forth in order to get the proper documentation. The agents and management talk to customers as though they are idiots and are of no help at all in filling out the paperwork. Something needs to be done to improve customer service at this branch. Do not walk but RUN to another branch for assistance!!!

Average Service. Just like any other government services, but actually run by private company. Thought it would be better since it is privately owned, but it gives you a feeling that employees are over worked, no smile, no greetings or extra effort to help. Looks like they are paid by the customer they served,more they serve more they make. Good thing is service is fast. Most of time it is full and jam packed, so expect a wait time of 15 min to 1 hour. Take the ticket and go for a lunch next door Kwality foods and come back.

Good place. Shorter wait. Always run in to someone I know here. All in all good restaurant s/o to them.

This location is so easy going. Service easy fast, staff is actually very nice. It seems the only reason why the lines may not move fast. Is because, they are actually helping the people they are serving solve an issue. Vs sending them on their way to figure it out for themselves. I was actually impressed With the kindness, at this location

Super Rude ... the women out there hate the job and make you feel as if you are troubling them by walking up to them ..
